Cancellation & Refund Policy
With few exceptions, once a course payment is processed TRG does not provide refunds. However, agencies and organizations may switch attendees, change courses, or reschedule course dates. If a registered attendee is not able to attend a course on the scheduled date, please notify TRG as soon as possible before the course date so we may reschedule the registration and offer the seat to someone else. Training can be rescheduled anytime up to a year from the date of the originally scheduled course.
Inclement Weather and Emergencies
If the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) closes the Federal Government in Washington, DC, then any courses scheduled in the DC metropolitan area may be canceled for that day and rescheduled for a later date. If OPM delays opening for one to three hours, then TRG will delay the start of the course for one hour.
If TRG cancels a course unrelated to OPM, TRG may reschedule the course or provide refunds upon request.
If TRG cancels or delays start of a course for any reason, TRG assumes no responsibility for participant expenses associated with attendance, such as nonrefundable airline tickets or other travel or travel-related expenses.
TRG may make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. If any changes are made to a course schedule TRG will contact registered attendees and points of contact.
